Alexa joined DuPont as a technical manager and research chemist , handling increasing responsibilities in innovation , supply chain , operations , sales , and marketing .

Prior to being appointed to her current position , she oversaw the company ' s Central Research and Development division and was the Global Business Director for the corporate new business development initiative at Energy Storage .

She has been a member of CoorsTek ' s board of directors since June 2021 . She ’ s also a member of the Delaware Innovation Space Board of Directors , the Board of Trustees for the Hagley Museum and Library , and the Dean ' s advisory board for the Eberly College of Science at Penn State .

Since 2018 , Catherine has served as IHG ' s Vice President , Global Corporate Responsibility , where she is in charge of the company ' s corporate responsibility strategy . Leading IHG ' s sustainability initiative and its worldwide philanthropic community programme , Real Hospitality for Good , are among her responsibilities .

At IHG , Catherine formerly served as Head of Investor Relations , where she was in charge of all global interactions with investors and sellside analysts . Prior to joining IHG in 2001 , Dolton led the corporate audit teams for Europe , the Middle East , and Africa for five years .
