They’ re used in animal feed and in human foods like soybean oil for cooking, frying, and baking, as well as soy protein products like tofu, edamame, and soy milk. Beyond that, soy shows up in cosmetics, ink, fuel, and many other everyday products.
In North America, the U. S. Soy Sustainability Assurance Protocol( SSAP) is established as a benchmark framework that offers a nationally scaled, audited system that translates on-farm practices into measurable ESG outcomes.
As Director of Sustainability at the U. S. Soybean Export Council( USSEC), Abby Rinne helps international customers understand, verify and communicate the sustainability of U.
