DECEMBER BRINGS GOOD FRIENDS AND INTROSPECTION
Now that the year’ s sustainability calendar has drawn to a close, December sees thoughts turning from proactive to retrospective. Before we look to 2026 predictions, it is important to consider 2025 and recount achievements.
While we’ ve seen a mix of uncertainty this year, 2025 has brought more certainty in carbon markets, developments in data centre technology and sustainable AI and a renewed sense of community among sustainability leaders. The energy at Sustainability LIVE in Chicago, London and New York was electric, the voices who have contributed to Sustainability Magazine have been loud and clear and I can’ t wait to see that grow in 2026.
As always, I hope you enjoy this, the penultimate 2025 edition of Sustainability Magazine.
