Ruth has spent just over 20 years at Valpak , having previously been Customer Advisor & Logistics Analyst , then Logistic & Systems Manager , at Valient Recycling .
She was hired by Valpak in January 2005 as Contact Centre Team Leader and within 14 months was Head of Compliance . In June 2008 , Ruth was promoted to her current role .
