Anders began his career at global consulting company Dalberg, working in Kenya, Rwanda and the US. He joined Ørsted in 2020 as a Senior Sustainability Advisor for Social Sustainability, then became the Head of Social Sustainability before moving into Climate and Nature Sustainability in 2024.
