Jaclyn brings more than 10 years of experience leading corporate sustainability strategies to her new role at IWG. She will build upon her previous role, leading the sustainability team and its strategy across its 29 brands. She will direct the company’ s net zero transition and embed decarbonisation planning across operations.

Cheh Hsien is taking over from Andrew Buay, who leaves Singtel after 13 years with the company. In the role, Cheh Hsien will build upon the foundations set by Andrew, guiding the company on its path to net zero through its ESG strategy.
