Katherine Pickus takes over the role from Alison Taylor , who took up the position in 2017 .

Katherine joins ADM from Tyson Foods , the world ’ s second-largest processor and marketer of chicken , beef and pork .

Finance giant BlackRock has appointed Louise Kooy-Henckel as its new EMEA Head of Sustainable and Transition Solutions ( STS ).

In 2016 Louise joined Wellington Management where she was Managing Director and Investment Director for Sustainable and Impact Investments EMEA .

Louise ’ s new role will be based in London .
