KRAFT HEINZ TARGETS 99 % EMISSIONS CUT AT 10 PLANTS

Kraft Heinz hopes to launch clean energy projects at 10 of its US plants after being selected for award negotiations to receive US $ 170m .

The money is on offer from the US Department of Energy ’ s Office of Clean Energy Demonstration to support the implementation of clean energy projects across the nation .

Global tech giant Microsoft has shared its three-point plan to address the “ resource intensity ” of artificial intelligence .

In her latest blog post , Melanie Nakagawa , CSO at Microsoft , says AI is a “ massive platform shift , akin to the printing press ” and says the environmental impact must be tackled “ from every angle ”.
