Fiona brings extensive climate leadership experience to her role as Westpac’ s Chief Sustainability Officer. Previously, she led climate strategy implementation at BHP and contributed to the Financial Stability Board’ s Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures. As an executive, her focus is on climate, nature, Indigenous engagement and human rights.

Sriram joins Shell Aviation as Global Head of Sustainability, bringing more than 20 years of energy industry leadership, including eight years of driving growth in Shell’ s downstream businesses. In his new role, he’ ll spearhead aviation decarbonisation strategies, focusing on sustainable aviation fuel adoption through innovative solutions.
