Annette has worked in sustainability for more than 25 years and joined the LEGO Group as its CSO in January 2024. She was previously EVP Sustainability at Swedish-Finnish renewable materials company Stora Enso and was Head of Sustainability at Maersk. Outside of LEGO, Annette is a member of the Presidency for WWF Denmark and has acted as an advisor to the Danish Government on a range of sustainability topics.
