Kelvin takes on the role of CSO at DBS Bank on 11 May 2026, taking over from Helge Muenkel who is leaving the bank to relocate overseas. Kelvin’ s career spans 25 years, including more than eight years at DBS. He has vast experience in the power, renewable energy, water and infrastructure sectors in Asia.
