Thomas is taking over the role from Stefano Bolognese, who left the company in April after 26 years. Thomas began his career in 2003 at Danone, where he worked as a Brand Manager and Marketing Manager. He brings experience in driving growth, expanding premium brands and strengthening consumer-centric initiatives to his new role.

Dave is taking over at Ford Energy as the company develops battery energy storage solutions. He brings a background in renewable energy generation and storage to the role, with experience in the development, financing, construction and operation of energy assets. He is replacing Lisa Drake, who will retire at the end of 2026 after 32 years with Ford.
