Khadija Ali joins Lloyds Banking Group in the newly created role of Group Director of Sustainability and Responsible Business , having previously worked at EY . In the role , she is responsible for leading the Group ’ s Social Sustainability and Environmental Sustainability teams and reports into the Group ’ s Chief Sustainability Officer , Andrew Walton .

Environmental policy expert Devon Leahy has joined investment firm L Catterton to support portfolio companies – mainly consumer-facing brands – in their sustainability journey . She has previously led sustainability initiatives at Ralph Lauren , Futerra , Etsy , BBMG and Walmart . L Catterton is a signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and is focussed on prioritising sustainable investments .
