As Vice Chair, Social Impact, Climate and Sustainability, Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG, Wendy has responsibility across its work in climate and sustainability and works with businesses, investors, governments and social sector organisations to create sustainable strategies and partnerships.

Drahomira joined Asahi in 2017 and became the Japanese food and beverage company’s first Group Chief Sustainability Officer in 2024.

“I am passionate about advancing our unwavering commitment to sustainability and the comprehensive strategy guiding our path to sustainable growth,” she says. “Ambitious targets that push us to do better are central to our sustainability strategy.”

She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
