Sanofi made impressive sustainability progress in 2024, when almost 90 % of its operational waste was reused, recycled or recovered. Staggeringly, only 1.2 % of its waste went to landfill, bringing the organisation close to its target of < 1 % by the end of 2025. Sanofi has committed to only selling vaccines in syringe packs, with no secondary PVC packing, by 2027.
