The company commits to providing battery electric and hydrogen powered trucks and from 2039 onwards it aspires to only offer CO₂e-free vehicles in Europe, Japan and the US.

Atlassian made a target to engage its top emitting suppliers in 2024, reporting that 69 % were engaged and 43 % have set Science based targets. The company has covered all office and work from home electricity through a power purchase agreement that has helped fund a wind farm in Texas.
