NVIDIA says that it powers the world’ s most efficient supercomputer and its Blackwell GPUs are generally more than 50 times more energy efficient than traditional CPUs for LLM AI inference workloads. Its DPUs can reduce power consumption by 30 % through offloading essential data centre networking and infrastructure functions from less efficient CPUs.
