The keen-eyed among you may have noticed that this is our second Top 250 Sustainability Leaders for 2026 – we’ re slightly changing the schedule here at Sustainability Magazine, and rather than go 20 months between lists, we’ ve decided to celebrate twice in one year. Since the last edition in February, the world has seen deadly floods in Brazil, powerful earthquakes in Venezuela and Japan, record-breaking global heatwaves triggering widespread wildfires across Europe, Indonesia and Canada, and major flash floods in parts of Kenya, Nepal and India. The earth is telling us that we can’ t afford to stand still when it comes to climate change and sustainability. It is an honour to recognise the dedication of these incredible leaders at the world’ s largest companies who are driving action towards a safer, more resilient planet. To every leader featured: thank you for your passion, your leadership and your action.
