spent more than 23 years at Mars , Alastair ’ s track record includes spearheading initiatives within Mars Snacking to reduce deforestation in palm oil and pulp supply chains and introducing innovative packaging solutions such as paper-wrapped bars . He was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer in 2025 and is also a Board Member for Mars Wrigley Foundation .
