Sustainability Officer Jérôme has been with Orange Business for 13 years . Jérôme has been actively working on implementing the sustainability aspects of the ‘ Lead the Future ’ strategic plan . The plan is to achieve sustainable growth across the globe , reduce carbon emissions by 45 % by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2040 .

began her career not as a tech graduate , but as an entrepreneuring women ’ s snowboarding journalist . In 1998 , she traded ski wear for software , beginning her corporate career at Intel , where , in 2022 , she became Chief Sustainability Officer . Since then she has made the move to HP , where she focuses on product sustainability and regulatory compliance .
