In the mid-90s , he started his career in Moscow as a journalist with German publication Zeit , where his beat was economics . After 22 years in journalism , Jörg made the move to Deutsche Bank to become Global Head of Communications and Sustainability . Since rising to CSO in 2022 , he has overseen the bank ’ s Sustainability Strategy .
