2011 , Noémie began her career at Pernod Ricard with a focus on corporate social responsibility . She took on the role of Chief Sustainability Officer in 2024 and oversees the implementation of its sustainability roadmap “ Today one can ’ t lead a global operations team without sustainability being front of mind ,” she says .
Roisin
joined KPMG in 2003 and has been with the company around the world ever since . She took on her first sustainability role at the organisation in 2008 and is now Global Head of Sustainability , responsible for “ Our Impact Plan ”. KPMG aims to halve its carbon emissions by 2030 and introduced an Internal Carbon Price on its electricity , gas and business travel emissions in 2022 .
