Katja is in charge of overseeing adidas ' sustainability strategy in her role as Head of Sustainable Business .

Since joining adidas in 2005 , Katja has held positions in marketing and communications for the company in Herzogenaurach , Beijing , and Portland . She then moved to Dubai for three years to manage HR for emerging markets .

Leyla has been with H & M for over 20 years and is currently in charge of the sustainability agenda , bringing a wealth of knowledge , experience , and insight to the position . In this role , she oversees H & M ’ s environmental activities to ensure they complement its commercial plan .

Leyla joined the company in 2000 , and since then , she has managed teams in a variety of disciplines – including global supply chain management , production , and human resources – across many countries . Her most recent dual position was as Head of Global Quality Strategy and Compliance and Regional National Manager of Manufacturing in Europe .
