Katrina started at bp back in 2012 as an Environmental Policy Advisor , she swiftly made her way up to Vice President Environmental Sustainability .

Prior to joining bp , Kathrina worked for the United Kingdom ' s Department for Environment , Food , and Rural Affairs ( DEFRA ) – which is in charge of the preservation of the environment , food production and standards , agriculture , fisheries , and rural communities – as the Senior Advisor of Global Food Security , Natural Resources & International Strategy .

She graduated from University College Cork with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Environmental Management from the University of Plymouth .

Claire is the Vice President of Environmental Sustainability for GSK . She played a key role in developing GSK ' s net zero and net nature positive goals for 2030 , and she is now in charge of seeing them through to completion . This includes action on carbon , water , materials , and biodiversity throughout the value chain .

Claire joined GSK in 2013 and worked in various procurement roles before becoming Head of Environmental Sustainability in 2017 . Claire previously worked in the public sector as the Cabinet Office ' s lead for energy procurement transformation , as well as with various consultancies that support SMEs and global blue-chip companies .
