Beginning her career at Disney in 1992 as an Analyst in Strategic Planning and New Business Development , Jennifer remained in this role until 1995 . Before returning to Disney in 2001 , she worked as VP of Marketing at iexchange . com , Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide , and Director of Marketing at Pacific Theaters .

Jennifer was Senior VP , Brand , Franchise , and CRM from 2013 to 2021 , overseeing the expansion of company ' s brands and major character franchises .

Kara is currently responsible for the global development and evolution of environmental sustainability and social responsibility at Amazon .

CEO of The Sustainability Consortium ( TSC ) before joining Amazon , Kara led the company to be named one of Scientific American ' s ‘ Top Ten World-Changing Ideas ’ in 2012 .
