Justine Rowe is Telstra ’ s Chief Sustainability Officer . As a transformational changemaker , she and her team are responsible for the delivery of policy advice , stakeholder management , and community initiatives across regulatory , sustainability , and regional affairs . Passionately leading causes within their teams , including the importance of mental health and wellbeing , Justine has been a keynote presenter on tackling the challenges around progressing women in the legal industry into the future .

In 2021 , Alex Holt was named Chief Sustainability Officer of the Woolworths Group , where she aims to help the company reach its goals for 2025 . This executive-level leadership position will coordinate efforts across all of its brands and companies . Prior to that , Alex served as General Manager of Sustainability , Health , and Quality , overseeing the group ' s sustainability portfolio , starting in April 2016 .

Alex moved from Tesco to Woolworths Group in 2011 , having had a variety of positions in business development , purchasing , and category management . One of Woolworths ' partners in hunger relief is Foodbank Australia , where Alex serves as a Non-Executive Director .
