Anisa most recently served as Tiffany & Co .' s Chief Sustainability Officer as well as Chairman and President of Tiffany & Co . Foundation , before taking on her current position at Rivian .

As a member of Rivian ' s executive leadership team , Anisa is in charge of Rivian ' s sustainability roadmap for the company ' s operations and products , working with other leaders to establish the company ' s environmental , social , and governance ( ESG ) priorities . At the time of Rivian ' s IPO in November 2021 , 1 % of the company ' s stock was donated to the Forever by Rivian Foundation , which is committed to protecting the environment .

LeAnn serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer for Collins Aerospace . Prior to this , Ridgeway served as Information Management Services ' Vice President and General Manager . She has also held the positions of Vice President and General Manager for Rockwell Collins Simulation and Training Solutions , where she oversaw the division ' s simulation and training operations , which included technical publications , re-hosted avionics , computer and desktop training , training tools , and visual systems .

LeeAnn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Mt . Mercy University and a Master of Business Administration in Business and Economics from St . Ambrose University .
