As the company ' s Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer , Alice joined Signify in January 2022 . A Native American , she graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor ' s in human biology and the Yale School of Management with an MBA .

Prior to joining Dassault Systemes , Alice served as the organisation ' s first Chief Sustainability Officer at global financial services corporation AXA .

Previous to that , Alice worked for Arthur Andersen Consulting and Vigeo ESG ratings , which is now Moody ' s . At the Yale School of Management , the impact fund Giant Ventures , and the esteemed French sustainability think-tank IDDRI , Alice is a member of advisory committees .

Nompilo has worked in a variety of industries – including financial services , mining , oil and gas , and now telecoms – gaining experience in corporate affairs , country management , and sustainability .

In 2018 , she joined MTN as Group Executive for Corporate Affairs and Sustainability , which was followed by being named Group Chief Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Officer of the MTN Group in 2022 .

She is in charge of developing shared values and integrating ESG practices into the company ' s core operations . She is also in charge of managing MTN ' s reputation by coordinating corporate social investments ( MTN Foundations ), corporate communication , stakeholder engagement , and sustainability efforts across the company ' s footprint .
