Christine ' s background enables her to lead the ethical decision-making process that all businesses must engage in to move towards a more sustainable future . She began her career as a business attorney 15 years ago , advising companies ranging from local start-ups to international Fortune 500s .

Alexis is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Arcadis , the world ' s leading design and engineering firm for the built environment . Alexis ' role is to develop and drive Arcadis ' global sustainability strategy and implementation , as well as to lead their Global Sustainability team .

Prior to joining Arcadis , Alexis oversaw adidas ' sustainability programme during her 13 years there , responsible for bringing to market such sustainable innovations as the first highperformance , closed-loop running shoe , the first ocean plastic runner at the United Nations , and the commitment to End Plastic Waste by 2024 by using 100 % recycled polyester .

Uri joined ENGIE Impact in 2013 as Corporate Counsel , later becoming Associate General Counsel and Director of Legal Operations , where she managed attorneys , paralegals , and professionals to provide full-spectrum legal services to business teams , while also developing a best-in-class contract management system .
