Prior to this , Dr . Herweijer held positions of worldwide leadership at PwC , including serving as the company ' s global innovation and sustainability leader . Dr . Herweijer served as Director of Climate Change and Consulting for Risk Management Solutions , before joining PwC in 2009 , where she later rose to become one of the company ' s youngest partners .
