As Novartis ' first Chief Sustainability Officer , Montse created the organisation ' s environmental sustainability strategy as a business accelerator to advance and improve the environment . Prior to this , Montse held the position of Chief Quality Officer at Novartis , where she oversaw the transformation of the quality organisation ' s operating paradigm , from research to commercial . She spent more than 15 years in several corporate leadership roles at Sanofi prior to Novartis .

Catherine ’ s led PTC through several acquisitions that have accelerated the company ’ s SaaS journey and uniquely expanded and strengthened its capabilities , making it easier for industrial companies to achieve their digital transformation goals and set PTC apart from the competition .
