Sarah currently serves as IBM ' s Partner and Chief Operational Officer , and is a member of the team ' s international sustainability leadership . By establishing , observing , and promoting attainable targets , she directs her team ' s top-line and bottomline performance while establishing its strategy and direction . She worked with Voyant Beauty , EY , NOVIPAX , Kearney , The Alexander Group , and IMS Health before joining IBM . She holds an MBA and a background in engineering .

Before joining Schneider Electric , she worked at ENGIE , first as Senior Vice President for European and Regulatory Affairs , then as Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE France Renewable Energy , and finally as a member of the Executive Committee of Engie .

She began her career in scientific research on nuclear energy at the French National Research Institute and the French Atomic Energy Commission . She also served as a ministerial advisor and the general secretary for European affairs for the Service of the Prime Minister of France , covering issues related to energy and competitiveness .
