Kathleen is responsible for initiatives that support Walmart in its efforts to source and create job ; enhance supply chain sustainability ; promote diversity , equity , and inclusion ; and develop inclusive , resilient communities .

Her teams collaborate with Walmart employees , suppliers , nonprofit organisations , and others to make significant , long-lasting improvements to the economic , social , and environmental systems via business initiatives and philanthropy . Prior to Walmart , she spent more than 20 years with consulting firm McKinsey & Company .

For her efforts to change the world , Kathleen was named no . 1 of ‘ The World ' s 50 Greatest Leaders ’ by Fortune in 2018 .

Louise is the Director in charge of leading the company ' s efforts in regard to the Sustainable Development Goals . She also oversees PwC ' s Global Sustainability Network .

She has experienced a varied career with PwC , including extensive international experience and networks that were developed over the course of her 27-year-career there . After working within the Sustainability and Climate Change team for the last seven years , Louise is currently serving as the Global Sustainability team ' s COO and head of PwC ' s SDG expertise .

She worked for PwC as a qualified chartered accountant before spending time in international tax structuring and 10 years in corporate finance .
