“ To me, they’ re just perfectly insync values. When you’ re going to be an empathetic company, you also need to be a sustainable company.”
She sees empathy and sustainability as inseparable – two halves of the same mindset that drive responsible corporate citizenship.
“ You can’ t be sustainable without having empathy,” she adds.“ And I think it’ s a beautiful marriage for us.”
Achievements and highlights Genesys’ latest sustainability report for the 2025 financial year demonstrates the tangible progress being made under Bridgette’ s leadership.
Asked about the highlights, she says:“ Oh, we have so many.
“ We’ ve had year-on-year success at the company. We’ ve had year-on-year reduction in our emissions across our business operations. We’ ve also had new LEED buildings across the globe, some of them Platinum-certified.”
The company’ s employee engagement has been just as impressive, including a“ huge” 130 % uptick in volunteering across the company,“ because of the great work we do with our Impact Together programme,” Bridgette says.
Genesys’ technology has also played a key role in driving global impact.
