HILLS 4 HEARTS
Doing good is a personal as well as professional passion for Phil Jordan , who set up a non-profit focused on providing neonatal care in Vietnam . With the support of VinaCapital Foundation ( VCF ), Hills 4 Hearts was established in 2019 by Phil and his wife Laurey following the tragic loss of their son Billy five months into the pregnancy . Neonatal mortality in Vietnam accounts for more than 60 % of all deaths in children under five – and having called Vietnam home for a big part of their lives Phil wanted to give something back . Each year Phil runs a marathon and funds raised are used to build a new neonatal intensive care unit in areas of developing Vietnam where infant and maternal mortality are highest .
