Having navigated the complexities of global leadership while facing the unique challenges that come with being part of an underrepresented group, I understand firsthand how different perspectives and lived experiences can drive breakthrough thinking. The reality is that the most groundbreaking innovations emerge not from homogeneity but from the collision of diverse experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
