He says:“ I have seen what it took for natural gas to become something. When I was a kid, natural gas was still too difficult to store and difficult to transport.
People said it would never replace liquid oil. In the 90s and early 00s, natural gas was starting to take over. We are in that phase with hydrogen.
“ It’ s similar with solar. Around 25 years ago, solar power already existed, but it was 95 to 100 times more expensive per kWh than it is today. People thought it would just be cosmetic, but economies of scale started to kick off and prices reduced more than 90 %. sustainabilitymag. com 149
