This saw total deliveries decline by 10.1 % to 279,449 vehicles in 2025. While some of this was due to delivery gaps for combustion models like the 718 Boxster and Macan, the shift is intentional. By prioritising value, the average revenue per vehicle increased by € 4,000 to € 121,000.
The global reset and electric vehicle maturity The company is currently navigating the production ramp-up of the allelectric Cayenne amid what Michael calls a“ global reset” in the electric vehicle( EV) sector. This reset has seen various manufacturers reconsidering their timelines and taking significant financial hits as the market matures.
