Hitachi Energy’ s Lumada APM( Asset Performance Management) platform helps prioritise transformers fleet condition assessment with a structured approach for the electrical, mechanical and thermal condition of the transformer, aging of its insulation and status of key components.
It includes advanced diagnostics that require domain expertise and know-how to be properly interpreted, such as partial discharge and dissolved gas analysis( DGA), thermal simulations and short-circuit strength evaluations for pinpointing specific vulnerabilities.
