As Director of Environmental Sustainability at ServiceNow, Emer ensures that the software development giant is embedding environmentalism into its technological development. Before joining ServiceNow in 2021, Emer spent nearly a decade driving sustainability at Logitech and time as a Senior Renewable Energy Consultant at CO2Sense.

Nathalie first joined leading global food and beverage company Danone in 1998, moving through roles in marketing, innovation and senior management before being appointed Chief Sustainability Officer in 2024. Based in France, Nathalie studied Marketing and Business Strategy at HEC Paris. Before joining Danone, she spent nine years at Colgate-Palmolive.
