Kate has more than 20 years of experience working in multinational organisations including Mondelēz, JDE Peet’ s, Diageo and currently Kraft Heinz, one of the world’ s largest food and beverage companies.

She leads Kraft Heinz’ s ESG efforts around three central pillars: healthy living and community support, environmental stewardship and responsible sourcing.

Khadija stepped into the newly created role of Group Director, Sustainability and Responsible Business at Lloyds Banking Group in 2024 to lead the Group’ s social and environmental sustainability teams. Before this, she spent nearly two decades at consulting giant EY.“ Mobilising finance is key to transitioning to a more sustainable future,” she says.
