Serving as Environmental Sustainability Director for Strategy , Data Analytics and Reporting at The Walt Disney Company , Giselle ’ s role is to develop sustainability strategy and holistic integration across the Disney Experiences Segment to reduce The Walt Disney Company ’ s environmental impact . Before joining Disney , Giselle spent 15 years at the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center .

Archana joined PepsiCo in 2018 after holding positions at The Nature ’ s Bounty Co ., GSK , McKinsey & Company , GE Capital and Tata Finance . In her current role she is responsible for driving the company ’ s pep + ESG strategy throughout Europe .

She spearheaded the development of PepsiCo Europe ’ s strategy to be a net zero and water positive company and led its packaging sustainability agenda .
