Serving as Environmental Sustainability Director for Strategy, Data Analytics and Reporting at The Walt Disney Company, Giselle’ s role is to develop sustainability strategy and holistic integration across the Disney Experiences Segment to reduce The Walt Disney Company’ s environmental impact. Before joining Disney, Giselle spent 15 years at the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center.

Archana joined PepsiCo in 2018 after holding positions at The Nature’ s Bounty Co., GSK, McKinsey & Company, GE Capital and Tata Finance. In her current role she is responsible for driving the company’ s pep + ESG strategy throughout Europe.

She spearheaded the development of PepsiCo Europe’ s strategy to be a net zero and water positive company and led its packaging sustainability agenda.
