’ s career is proof that storytelling is a huge part of sustainability . Since 2008 , she has held an impressive range of roles in communications , at companies including GE , Nissan and Takeda . In 2022 , Takako began her first role in sustainability with Takeda , where she has excelled thanks to her charismatic style of communication .

Lucia

has headed up the sustainability department at Generali for almost a decade , earning her company a rating of AAA from MSCI in 2024 and a ‘ Prime ’ rating from ISS ESG in 2023 . Lucia also has degrees in Philosophy & Governance , Business Ethics and Risk Management , all of which she uses in her work .
