Takako

’ s career is proof that storytelling is a huge part of sustainability. Since 2008, she has held an impressive range of roles in communications, at companies including GE, Nissan and Takeda. In 2022, Takako began her first role in sustainability with Takeda, where she has excelled thanks to her charismatic style of communication.

Lucia

has headed up the sustainability department at Generali for almost a decade, earning her company a rating of AAA from MSCI in 2024 and a‘ Prime’ rating from ISS ESG in 2023. Lucia also has degrees in Philosophy & Governance, Business Ethics and Risk Management, all of which she uses in her work.
