her time at Molson Coors, Rachel has guided major triumphs, including Coors Light’ s recognition as the world’ s most eco-friendly beer in 2023. Her background in environmental law provided an excellent basis for developing robust corporate sustainability strategies before she entered the beverages industry.

Since

2022, Kristina has been Macquarie Group’ s Chief Sustainability Officer. She previously held the same role at Mastercard and spent nearly 25 years at IBM guiding corporate responsibility. Kristina also contributed to the World Economic Forum’ s Trillion Trees US Stakeholder Council, leveraging her extensive experience.
