joined CAE in 2015 and became Chief People and Sustainability Officer in 2022. She studied at McGill University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Helene serves on CAE’ s Executive Management Committee, contributing to the company’ s strategic direction.

Jose-based data infrastructure company NetApp appointed Nicola as its inaugural Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of ESG in 2024. She previously spent 13 years at VMware, including as Chief Sustainability Officer. Nicola holds a PhD in Environment, Management, Business and Policy from the University of East Anglia.
