nearly 30 years at adidas, Sigrid assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Sustainability and ESG in 2024. From her base in Germany, she directs the company’ s three key focus areas: altering materials, extending product lifespan and minimising carbon footprint.

Leyla

has worked at H & M for 25 years and has served as Head of Sustainability since 2021. Under her leadership, the group has reduced supply chain emissions by 22 % and incorporated 85 % recycled or sustainably sourced materials. Her longstanding experience contributes to the company’ s progress in environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
