Karina has 20 years of experience in the Building , Construction , and Chemical industries . She actively participates in industry and environment associations by taking the leadership roles for Indonesia Employer Association , Indonesia Beverages Association , Indonesian Green Building Council , Green Product Council Indonesia , etc . She was appointed Public Affairs , Communications , and Sustainability Director in March 2016 and has resulted in a solid relationship with stakeholders and communities , strong compliance with licensing issues , enhanced employee engagement , and built a pathway toward a sustainable business through involvement in solar panel , recycling PET initiatives , and community capacity building .
