Deloitte employee since 2004, Kathryn helped establish the firm’ s sustainability strategy and became Global Chief Sustainability Officer in 2017. She leads Deloitte’ s WorldClimate programme, managing carbon reduction targets, greenhouse gas tracking and sustainability reporting across the organisation.
