has been with Coca-Cola since 1994 and now leads sustainability , communications and partnerships as the company ’ s first Chief Sustainability Officer . She heads up ambitious initiatives , including the World Without Waste programme . She also chairs The Coca-Cola Foundation and serves on multiple boards , including Children ’ s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund .

With

a background in procurement , Antonia leads Nestlé ’ s sustainability strategy , focusing on regenerative food systems . Her deep understanding of supply chains allows her to implement meaningful change . Antonia also serves on the Swiss Post Board of Directors , chairing the Committee for Sustainability and Personnel .
