Lauren

is Chief Sustainability Officer at United Airlines , driving innovation in environmental sustainability . With more than 20 years of consulting experience , she has led business transformation , strategic planning and change management initiatives . Lauren is also a Board Member for GTI Energy and is a Sustainability Leadership Council Member at GBTA .

Kate joined financial services giant Wells Fargo in 2022 having previously worked at Childress Klein , Harvest Properties and Los Gatos Ballet . In her current role she is a lead Business Execution Consultant and works within the Corporate Properties Group . She gained her BBA in Financial Economics from the University of Memphis .
